Marc Mann, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has over 30 years’ experience generating sustainable and profitable growth through building brands and teams and providing international business leadership with complete P&L responsibility to turnaround companies.
In his current role, Marc is responsible for sales and marketing strategy development and execution, as well as aligning external messaging with internal services creation and implementation.
Prior to joining SDLC Partners, notable accomplishments included turnaround management, delivering 15 years of P&L management, redefining business models at companies like Campbell Soup, Kodak, ACCO, Explorica, and Brightspark, as well as achieving new record EBIT levels in all cases.
Sales excellence through restructuring sales teams, creating KPI systems and developing strategic go-to-market plans, achieving 64 percent revenue increase at Brightspark and 91 percent revenue increase at Explorica.
Marc has created award-winning mass media and online campaigns, as well as global, international and multicultural brand building across CPG, durables, and services. Through a customer-first mindset and advocacy, he helped Brightspark customer satisfaction level improve from 83 percent to 98 percent.
He holds an HBA in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, Western University with a BA in Sociology from Western University as well.
