Terri Nicholls, Payroll and Benefits Manager, joined SDLC Partners in July 2012. Terri is responsible for benefit administration including open enrollment, provider liaison, workers’ compensation, FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401K and voluntary benefits. She is responsible for all aspects of compliance, documentation, personnel files, on-boarding, and immigration needs.
Terri has over 13 years of experience as an HR professional. Prior to joining SDLC, Terri spent 20 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, providing administrative support to the Human Resources function and assisted with the employment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations needs of department management and employees.
Terri has a B.S. from Point Park University in Public Administration.
