Katherine Huber, VP of Consulting Services and Human Resources, joined SDLC Partners in March 2012. Katherine is responsible for talent acquisition, talent planning, leadership and organizational development, cultural advancements, and overall leadership of the Human Resources function.
Katherine is a passionate, entrepreneurial Human Resources executive with experience partnering with leaders to build and execute strategic plans to further organizational growth and success. She has a diverse background in manufacturing operations, including distribution and logistics, consumer products and foodservice sales, and corporate global functions such as legal and finance from her six years with the H.J. Heinz Company and five years with the Frito-Lay Division of PepsiCo. Katherine has built expertise in the areas of talent and performance management, leadership and organizational development, talent acquisition, labor relations, change management, employee relations, benefits and compensation, as well as building and leading teams. She has partnered with field, corporate, and global teams to drive business strategy alignment, organizational transformation, business process improvement, and cultural change.
Katherine has a B.S. from Westminster College in Political Science, and a Master’s of Science in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University.
