Intro to Agile

Course Duration: 7 sessions, 1 hour each

Course Abstract:
This course shares the basic concepts of agile project development with the learner. The content will follow the Agile manifesto and is a good entry level course. The basics of agile will be covered as well as a practical look at common tools that are used and a day in the life review with an agile developer, a scrum master and a product owner.

Continous Improvement - Lean Six Sigma program

Course Abstract:
This live, instructor facilitated, online course will cover the main components of Continuous Improvement and discuss real life examples of each. The relevant topics will include: an overview of Lean Six Sigma, why LSS efforts sometimes fall short, measuring the right things, using 5S to organize a workplace for high-performance,  fundamentals of great communication and why employee engagement is so important to any organization.


  • Understand the value of a well implemented Lean Six Sigma program

Fundamentals of Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity Fundamentals

Course Duration: 3 day, 2 hour period

Course Abstract:
Cybersecurity Fundamentals will first instruct attendees on cybersecurity principles and topics and then challenge them to assess a consulting case where they must apply what they have learned. Case presentation is not a written assignment, however as part of the discussion (and course overall) attendees are encouraged to apply any techniques or concepts they are familiar with. This will provide a starting point to continue learning and think independently about both what those issues are as well as where they see themselves in a career.

  • Read and interpret articles on breaches and developments for their significance

Test Automation (Selenium)

Test Automation (Selenium)

Course Abstract:
Selenium is an open source automated testing tool which is widely used for testing web applications. Selenium supports multiple programming languages like Java, C#, Ruby, Python, and various browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari browsers. For training purpose, we will use Java to write test scripts and Chrome to run tests.

In this course you will learn how to use Selenium WebDriver, inspect/locate HTML elements using Developer tools, and understand different type of locator techniques. Additionally, this course will introduce you Page Object Model (POM) concept which will help you to organize test code and keep it clean. There will be several examples provided throughout the course to show you some of best practices for writing effective tests.


  • Write test script using Selenium and Java
  • Execute automated test scripts on Chrome browser
  • Select proper locator techniques
  • Implement Page Object Model in your script

RPA Foundation

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Training Program

Course Abstract:
This live, foundational training course will introduce Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to college students and recent graduates. During the course, participants will leverage complimentary tools from UiPath to build software robots that can perform mundane and tedious tasks.

  • Create a virtual assistant or digital worker robot to perform a repetitive task
  • Identify possible use cases and implement it using RPA to make life easier
