Paul Taylor, Digital CIO Lead is responsible for identifying, delivering and maturing service delivery strategy in Project Management, Application Development, Quality Assurance, and Lean Transformation to help our customers get products to market early, accurately, and efficiently. Paul has over 20 years’ experience working in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries where he has defined, built, managed, and continuously improved global products, services, and operations through adoption of lean management principles and best practices tailored to customer value. Paul holds a Masters Degree in Electronic Information Management from St. Andrew’s University in Scotland and when he’s not solving complex business problems for our customers, enjoys Rugby, golf, and spending time with his family.

Joe Edwards, UiPath

Joe Edwards leads UiPath’s Product Marketing for Community initiatives that is inclusive of the Education Programs, Forum, and other Enabling Technologies.

He comes to UiPath after creating a startup within the US Treasury, building the organization’s first mobile apps. In 2018, Joe won the Emerging Leader Award from the Association of Government Accountants, and his Incubator team received the Alexander Hamilton Award for Technology Excellence from Treasury & Risk Magazine in 2017, alongside Microsoft and Toyota.

Joe graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) as a Sondheim Public Affairs Scholar. He received his Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
