Unwieldy Website Reimagined for Modern User Experience

A $3B integrated health network, serving nine counties and four states, had a Drupal7 based website with over 5,000 pages. The legacy site had become unwieldy and challenging to manage. Additionally, the site needed to evolve to fit consumer desires while improving user flow.

SDLC Partners became an integral part of the client’s team, providing strategic leadership; Agile project management, oversight, and process improvement; application/web development; quality assurance; and Robotic Process Automation.

Our team and contributions enabled the new website to go live in just ten months. Not only was the project delivered in record time, but the new site saw an increase in traffic despite typical downturns new websites experience as visitors adjust to the change to experience. While other providers were seeing a decrease of appointments due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our client saw an 11 percent increase in requests for appointments since launch.

Creating a Sleek, Modern, and User-Friendly Web Site Experience

Agile Project Management

We designed the best team construction, assisting the client in improving digital project management processes and evolving into a more Agile environment. We suggested proper roles and functions to carry out the website project plan. We made recommendations for executing project management, as well as provided a scrum master and analyst, functioning as true product owners and informing the strategies and user stories.

Application & Web Development

SDLC Partners provided a lead developer and mid-level developers to provide technical recommendations, perform code reviews, and complete the most complex work.

Robotic Process Automation

The client tapped our Intelligence Automation team to provide an RPA solution to streamline the thousands of website pages, data, and content fragments to transition content into the new website coding architecture. Automation technology was invaluable and saved many months by processing over 1,300 newsroom items, 500 education and marketing campaigns, and 900 location records.

Launching a New Web Site to Immediate, Increased Traffic, and Engagement
