Katherine Huber, VP of Consulting Services & Human Resources, joined SDLC Partners in March 2012. Katherine is responsible for talent acquisition, talent planning, leadership and organizational development, cultural advancements, and overall leadership of the Human Resources function.
Katherine is a passionate, entrepreneurial Human Resources executive with experience partnering with leaders to build and execute strategic plans to further organizational growth and success. She has a diverse background in manufacturing operations, including distribution and logistics, consumer products and foodservice sales, and corporate global functions such as legal and finance from her six years with the H.J. Heinz Company and five years with the Frito-Lay Division of PepsiCo. Katherine has built expertise in the areas of talent and performance management, leadership and organizational development, talent acquisition, labor relations, change management, employee relations, benefits and compensation, as well as building and leading teams. She has partnered with field, corporate, and global teams to drive business strategy alignment, organizational transformation, business process improvement, and cultural change.
Katherine has a B.S. from Westminster College in Political Science, and a Master’s of Science in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University.

Kelly Roddy, Talent Acquisition Lead, joined SDLC Partners in May 2011. Kelly is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team.
Kelly is a seasoned Talent Acquisition and HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in recruitment and professional development. Prior to joining SDLC, Kelly spent 18 years with McKinsey & Company, leading both campus and experienced professional recruiting efforts for the Pittsburgh office as well as the North American Operations Practice. During her tenure at SDLC Partners, Kelly has been a part of the HR team working with employees on performance management, training, resource management, and most recently, recruitment.
Kelly has a B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh in Business Management.

Emma Fazio, Senior Human Resources Manager, joined SDLC Partners in July 2014. Emma is responsible for onboarding, training and career development, executing and improving processes, performance management, retention, and overall employee relations.
Emma’s 8 years of experience is primarily focused in partnering with all levels of an organization in clinical and corporate environments. Prior to joining SDLC, she spent 4 years with UPMC of Pittsburgh. She worked within the UPMC network at Mercy Hospital, Corporate Services and Children’s Hospital supporting Recruitment and Human Resources. Emma has experience supporting business functions such as corporate services, marketing, finance, legal, and technology services.
Emma has a B.S. from Clarion University of PA in Business Management and Human Resources, a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP) and is a DDI Certified Facilitator.

Samantha Bussard, Senior Recruiter, joined SDLC Partners in July 2016. Samantha is an experienced recruiting professional with over five years of experience in talent acquisition. She has spent her career primarily targeting talent within the technology, engineering, cybersecurity and business solutions disciplines. Samantha also brings previous experience in recruiting management and performance management.
Samantha is responsible for sourcing, qualification and hiring of talent for SDLC’s Requirements and Project Management (RPM) and Benefit Platform Specialist (BPS) practices, and CyLumena, the cybersecurity organization affiliate of SDLC. Samantha is also involved with Campus Recruitment strategy and partnerships.
Samantha has a B.A. from Saint Vincent College in Spanish Literature and Language. She is certified in DDI Targeted Selection Interviewing.

Shravya Kekade, Immigration & Human Resources Specialist, joined SDLC Partners in July 2020. Shravya is responsible for all immigration-related employment matters, including ensuring that all new hires have appropriate visas for working in the U.S., as well as supporting their paythway to permanent resident or citizen status. These U.S. work visas may include H-1B and CPT/OPT visas, as well as a Green Card for permanent residence. She also manages all on-boarding documentation and personnel files. Prior to joining SDLC, Shravya spent three years with Excellerent Technology Solutions, Inc where she served as a Human Resources Generalist with duties around immigration, employment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, office administration, as well as facilitating employee relations needs with management. Shravya has an MBA in IT and HR, as well as an undergraduate degree in computer application from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management.

Shayna Stovka, Recruiter, joined SDLC Partners in May 2016. Shayna is responsible for recruiting top talent in the areas of software testing and project management.
Shayna has 15 years of professional business experience in the Finance and Healthcare industries and over 3 years of experience in talent acquisition. Her career focus has been within the disciplines of recruiting, accounting, technology, and compliance.
Shayna has a B.S. in Business Administration in Health Services Management from Robert Morris University. She is certified in DDI Targeted Selection Interviewing.

Terri Nicholls, Senior Human Resources Specialist, joined SDLC Partners in July 2012. Terri is responsible for benefit administration including open enrollment, provider liaison, workers’ compensation, FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401K and voluntary benefits . She is responsible for all aspects of compliance, documentation, personnel files, on-boarding, and immigration needs.
Terri has over 13 years of experience as an HR professional. Prior to joining SDLC, Terri spent 20 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, providing administrative support to the Human Resources function and assisted with the employment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations needs of department management and employees.
Terri has a B.S. from Point Park University in Public Administration.

Taylor VanPelt, Recruiting Coordinator, joined SDLC Partners in December 2019. She is responsible for the team’s recruitment marketing efforts, campus relations and events, interview scheduling, on-boarding and supporting the recruiters by providing sourcing support.
Taylor came to SDLC with experience as a Talent Acquisitions Coordinator where she scheduled for interviews, assisted the team’s recruitment marketing efforts, sourced candidates and acted as the secretary for the culture champions group. Although as a recent grad (Hastings College ’19) she does not come with a lot of experience, she is excited about the opportunity that she has been given to grow at SDLC Partners.
