Health & Wellness:
We are concerned with the health and wellness of each employee. In 2013, we created an employee wellness program to support healthy lifestyle choices and motivate employees to create positive change.
The program provides:

- 10,000 Steps-a-Day Challenge
Lastly, we provide ways for our employees to give back to the community through supporting corporate-sponsored partnerships, like with Big Brothers Big Sisters, as well as other employee-recommended organizations. Also, we have a commitment to support our regional youth through sponsorships in support of STEM including a summer camp aimed at middle school students in which we help develop and facilitate a 2-week program.
In recognition of our “company’s outstanding philanthropic contributions and collaborative relationships with nonprofits, civic, or governmental organizations,” SDLC Partners received the 2019 Corporate Citizenship Award from the Pittsburgh Business Times.

Women in Technology
An employee-led network focused on building internal programs and external partnerships to empower, engage, and develop women to advance our company, our clients, and our community.
STEM for Kids
STEM for Kids supports our mission to give back to the community and create STEM awareness and training through an internal program for employees’ children aged 6-17 as well as supporting community STEM initiatives. Through this program, we recently launched an RPA for Kids program in which 15 children registered for an interactive 2 week program that allowed them to create a working bot and present to our Executive Team.
Employees collaborate with area university students to create technology solutions for real-world challenges and win prizes.
- Mentoring Program – The mentorship program cultivates relationships between colleagues, accelerating the development of high performing employees to achieve personal, professional, and organizational goals.
- Buddy Program – New hires are assigned a “buddy” to help orient them to the organization, ensuring a seamless transition to their new role.
