A Whole-Person Approach
Benefits & Perks
For employees and their families, we focus on providing a competitive pay and benefits package with perks (wage works, credit union, life insurance, personal data protection services, etc.). Also, we provide visa sponsorship for employees coming from outside the United States.
Health & Wellness
We are concerned with the health and wellness of each employee. In 2013, we created an employee wellness program to support healthy lifestyle choices and motivate employees to create positive change.
The program provides educational classes, an annual health fair, weekly wellness information, and a lunchtime walking club from April through October. We host a 10,000 steps-a-day challenge to encourage our employees to stay active with the goal of creating a healthier and more engaged SDLC team.
We provide opportunities for our employees to give back to the community through supporting corporate-sponsored partnerships, like with Big Brothers Big Sisters, as well as other employee-recommended organizations. Also, we have a commitment to empower our regional youth through sponsorships in support of STEM, including a summer camp aimed at middle school students in which we helped develop and facilitate a two-week program.
In recognition of our “company’s outstanding philanthropic contributions and collaborative relationships with nonprofits, civic, or governmental organizations,” SDLC Partners received the 2019 Corporate Citizenship Award from the Pittsburgh Business Times.
