Katherine Huber, Director of Human Resources, joined SDLC Partners in March 2012. Katherine is responsible for talent acquisition, talent planning, leadership and organizational development, cultural advancements, and overall leadership of the Human Resources function.
Katherine is a seasoned Human Resources executive with more than 14 years of experience in the areas of performance management, talent, organization and leadership development, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, and strategic business partnership. She spent 6 years with the H.J. Heinz Company and prior to that she spent 5 years with the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo. Katherine has experience supporting a multitude of diverse sections of business such as corporate and field supply chain, consumer products and food service sales, finance, IT, legal, strategy, and investor relations.
Katherine has a B.S. from Westminster College in Political Science, and a Master’s of Science in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University.
